As lead animator on this Master’s-level online course, the objective was to translate complex academic content into clear, engaging visual learning experiences. My responsibilities included interpreting scripts, developing instructional thumbnail storyboards, designing characters and visual elements, creating performance-ready rigs, animating, and compositing final motion for lecture integration. The scope involved more than 50 videos, which required establishing a scalable design and animation system. I built modular rigs and reusable motion templates so that additional team members could efficiently produce recurring assets at the same high standard. Below are selected clips and a look behind the scenes at design development, thumbnails, rigs, and pipeline solutions that supported a fast and consistent production process.
